Sliding / pop-up roof lock-up recognition, function - GF77.20-P-3000GH

MODEL 163 with CODE (414a) Electric glass sliding/pop-up roof 

The electronic evaluation circuitry for the sliding/pop-up roof (M12)  continuously measures the motor armature current. This current increases when the roof locks up. If the current exceeds a certain value, the electronic evaluation circuitry switches off the motor actuation.

Lock-up does not lead to desynchronization  of the sliding/pop-up roof (SR) (M12)  . After elimination of the malfunction, it is not necessary to resynchronize the roof.
