The left and right exterior mirrors are electrically adjustable  and heated  .

The mirror housings also have an electrical fold-in feature (except ).

The motors in the left electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirror (M21/1)  and in the right electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirror (M21/2)  are operated by the up/down exterior mirror adjustment switches (S21s6), to left/right exterior mirror adjustment switch (S21s7)  and left/right exterior mirror selector switch (S21s8)  .

Function valid as of 01.09.01 

The actuation of the motors in the

• left electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirror (M21/1) 

  and

• right electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirror (M21/2) 

  is performed by the

• up/down exterior mirror adjustment switch (N72s6)  and
• to left/right exterior mirror adjustment switch (N72s7)  and
• exterior mirror selector switch (N72s8)  and
• exterior mirror fold-in and out switch (N72s19  . which are integrated in the lower control panel control module (N72)
