Notes on installing brake hoses - AH42.10-P-9406-01GH

NOTES

Only use brake hoses approved by Mercedes-Benz.

When connecting brake hoses (51) ensure that the brake hose is not twisted. A minimum clearance of 15 mm to other axle parts must be ensured under all driving situations.

Front axle:  The installed position of the brake hose (51) on bracket (52) is specified by the groove on the bracket and the lug on the brake hose connection.

Rear axle:  The bracket (52) has a bihexagon. Install the brake hose (51) in the bracket (52) so that it does not chafe when the vehicle moves towards bump and rebound.
