Removing and installing front spring - AR32.20-P-0200FB

MODEL 210.07 with CODE (979) Special protection version with CODE (Z04) Light armoring with CODE (Z06) B6 armoring

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation     
IMPORTANT General on springs Models 129, 140, 168, 170, 202, 210 AH32.20-P-9404-01A 
1 Install tensioning plates (01b, 01c). SPECIAL TOOL Figure
2 Install spring compressor (01a). SPECIAL TOOL Figure
    SPECIAL TOOL Alternatively Figure
DANGER Injury hazard!  Springs or spring elements under pressure can pinch and crush body parts during work. Use only approved spring compressors and also shield hazard area if applicable.
Check special tools for damage and proper function (visual check).
Wear protective gloves

3 Compress front spring   AR32.20-P-0200-01A 
4 Remove front spring (12) toward front together with rubber mount (13). CLEANING Clean wishbone (31) in area of contact surface.
After replacing the front spring or rubber mount ↓
 
    Check headlamp adjustment, correct. AP82.10-P-8260A
5 Reinstall in opposite order
