Preparing headliner for installing interior motion sensor transmitter/receiver - AN80.50-P-0100-03A

Model 210 as of 01.03.97 with code 551a (ATA) 

  1. Position reinforcement frame (1) for interior motion sensor transmitter and receiver (A26/14) on front of headliner at center and align with installation opening of overhead control panel as shown in figure.
  2. Mark inner contour of reinforcement frame on headliner.

    a = 560 mm 

    M = Center headliner

  3. Increase corners of marked inner contour as shown in figure.
  4. Cut out marked area from headliner.

    b = 10 mm

  5. Install reinforcement frame (1) into installation opening in rear side of headliner and bend over five retaining lugs (arrows) on the front.
