Removing and installing cellular telephone interface - AR82.70-P-7379F

MODEL 210.2 up to 30.6.00 with CODE (316) MB GSM cellular telephone (D2B)

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation     
1 Connect quiescent current retention unit COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS *WH58.30-Z-1012-09A 
DANGER Risk of explosion  from explosive gas. Risk of poisoning and caustic burns  from swallowing battery electrolyte. Risk of injury  from caustic burns to eyes and skin from battery electrolyte or from handling damaged lead acid batteries. No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking. Wear acid-protective gloves, clothing and eye protection. Pour battery electrolyte only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. AS54.10-Z-0001-01A
2 Disconnect ground cable of battery NOTES Insulate cable terminal of ground lead to prevent unintentional contact between the disconnected ground lead and ground point W10. AR54.10-P-0003A
NOTES Notes on battery All models. AH54.10-P-0001-01A
3 Fold up left rear bench seat    
4 Remove cover below rear seat    
5 Loosen sheet metal screws (5)    
6 Release connectors on telephone interface (A34/4) and disconnect NOTES Do not kink or stretch D2B fiber optic cable  
7 Remove telephone interface (A34/4)    
8 Install in the reverse order
