Do not come into contact with parts that are under high voltage. Persons with active electronic implants (e.g. heart pacemakers) must never work on xenon headlamps. Switch off complete lighting system. Wear insulating safety shoes, safety glasses and protective gloves. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. | 5 | Unscrew collar nut (2) | ||
| 6 | Pull lamp unit (E1 or E2) carefully forward | ||
| 7 | Detach electrical connections (3) from lamp unit (E1 or E2) | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 9 | Check headlamp adjustment and if necessary correct | ||
