REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation     
DANGER The spring in the inertia reel can pose an injury hazard  when the tension is released and it uncoils. Never dismantle automatic belt retractors AS91.00-Z-0002-01A 
1 Remove rear side paneling (1)   AR68.30-P-4780KA
2 Unscrew mounting screw (2) from upper belt guide point TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw on rear upper belt guide fitting *BA91.40-P-1005-01A 
3 Unscrew mounting screw (3) from belt reel TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw at rear inertia reel *BA91.40-P-1006-01A 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Screw at belt end fitting *BA91.40-P-1001-01A 
4 Remove rear seat belt (4) NOTESInstallation:  Do not install seat belt twisted  
5 Install in the reverse order    
TORQUE SPECIFICATION SEAT BELTS/EMERGENCY TENSIONING RETRACTORS
