Removing and installing control cable - AR77.20-P-1400F

MODEL 210, 215, 220 with CODE (414a) Electric glass sliding/pop-up roof

	Removal, installation
1.1	Remove inside rearview mirror	on model 210
2.1	Remove front dome lamp	on model 210	AR82.20-P-0110F
3	Actuate sliding roof switch in closing direction until siding roof drive switches off
2.2	Remove overhead control panel control module	on models 215, 220	AR82.20-P-1000M
3	Remove sliding/pop-up roof panel	on model 210	AR77.20-P-1000F
		on models 220, 215	AR77.20-P-1000M
5	Remove water drain trough (7)
6	Unscrew screws (1)	Torx bit set	Figure

7	Loosen screw (2), disengage sliding roof drive from sliding/pop-up roof frame	Until drive gear (14) is no longer engaged with pull cable (11)	*BA77.20-P-1003-01A
8	Unscrew screws (3)
9	Unscrew screws (4)
10	Remove covers (5) in direction of arrow
11	Slide tilting bracket approx. 10 cm toward rear	Model 210
12	Push pull cable (11) forward
13	Pull out pull cable (11)
14	Install in opposite order	Installation:  Before fastening the sliding/pop-up roof drive, check position of tip (15) in relation to edge of lever (16). The tip in the opening at the tilting bracket must coincide with the edge of the lever in front. If necessary correct tilting bracket.
