Disconnecting ground lead from battery newly included

Step 1

	Remove/Install
1	Disconnect ground cable of battery		AR54.10-P-0003I
2	Remove inside rearview mirror unit (A67) with cover		AR68.40-P-0001M
3	Detach electrical connector (1) at rain sensor (B38)
4	Release retaining clamps (2) on rain sensor (B38) to left and right
5	Remove rain sensor (B38)	The lens (3) of the rain sensor (B38) is bonded to the windshield and must not be removed, otherwise the lens (3) will be damaged.
6	Install in the reverse order
7	Perform function check
8	Read coding of the windshield adaptation for rain sensor and of adaptation of the light sensor booster factor using STAR DIAGNOSIS and replace if necessary, select windshield variant
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Diagnosis system STAR DIAGNOSIS	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
