Notes On Installing Brake Hoses
NOTE:
Only install brake hoses which are approved by Mercedes-Benz.
When connecting brake hoses (51) ensure that the brake hose (51) is not assembled twisted (free of twists). A minimum distance of 15 mm from other axle components must be guaranteed in all driving situations. See Fig 1.
On the brake hose connection piece there are two elevated sections (arrow) which lock the brake hose in the multi-point profile of the bracket. See Fig 2.
