Cut out windshield with cutting blade - AR67.10-P-1000-01PA

Risk of injury from slipping when clamping the blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out cemented windows 

Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. 

Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.

1. Clamp angled, wide cutting blade into multicutter

   Always use angled, wide cutting blade (203 589 05 63 00) to prevent damaging the A-pillar.

2. Moisten oil stone and sharpen both sides of angled, wide cutting blade with multicutter switched on
3. Cut out windshield (1) from outside in area (A)
4. Clamp straight cutting blade into multicutter so that it points to the outside at an angle
5. Moisten oil stone and sharpen both sides of straight cutting blade with multicutter switched on.
6. Cut out windshield (1) from outside in area (B).

   Position engine hood in normal position; this allows the largest distance to the windshield (1).
