1. Adapt new part to repair area.
2. Saw new part to size using body saw.
3. Transfer holes for plug welding from roof frame to new part.
4. Punch ø 7 mm holes using hole punch.
5. Grind side paneling connection surfaces to bare metal (checked areas). Grind spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides. Coat insides of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
