	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood	Model 203	AR88.40-P-1000P
		Model 209	AR88.40-P-1000Q
2	Remove air filter housing (1).	Engine 111.951 in model 203.035/ 235/ 735	AR09.10-P-1150PR
		Engine 111.955 in model 203.045/ 245/ 745	AR09.10-P-1150PK
3	Remove air inlet pipe (2)
4	Disconnect connector (3) at electric suction fan engine and AC with integrated control (M4/7)
5	Unscrew retaining pin (4) on right and left
6	Unscrew bolts (5) of radiator bridge on right and left
7	Press together retaining clamp (6) of radiator on right and left and release the radiator bridge
8	Press clamps (7) on right and left and at the same time pull the electric suction fan engine and AC with integrated control (M4/7) toward top.
9	Take out electric suction fan engine and AC with integrated control (M4/7) toward top	At the same time slightly pull radiator crossmember toward front.
		Installation: Ensure that plates (8) of electric suction fan engine and AC with integrated control (M4/7) are seated in supports (9) of radiator on right and left, otherwise no fixing is achieved.
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Carry out operational check of hood lock
12	Check gap dimension of engine hood	See Adjust engine hood:
