Assemble test and welding device 

1. Fasten extension W203, S203 (beige/red) (01a), extension CL203, C209 (yellow/green) (01b) to check and welding gauge (01) with bolt M8 (01g) according to corresponding vehicle model.

Install test and welding device 

2. Position test and welding device (01) on suspension strut tower and extension on engine hood hinge mount (arrow).
3. Insert centering screw (01c) from below with arrow pointing towards front of vehicle, fasten with washer (01d) and centering screw nut (01e).
4. Screw bolt M6 (01h) into threaded hole of engine hood hinge.
5. Tighten centering screw nut (01e) and bolt M6 (01h), while keeping extension W203, S203 (beige/red) (01a), extension CL203, C209 (yellow/green) (01b) under tension from outside of vehicle.

When performing check work fasten extension W203, S203 (beige/red) (01a), extension CL203, C209 (yellow/green) (01b) from bottom with bolt M6 (01i)
