Panorama sliding roof causes noises when it is moved and/or in closed condition - AF77.20-P-1005AG

  Cause 1:  Remedy 1:   
78 190 In closed state: IMPORTANT Glue intermediate layer  
  Too little oil in stationary glass section cam (A 203 783 01 97) to stationary glass section cam; for this purpose:
↓
 
    1 Move cover on modular roof into tilt position.  
    2 If necessary, roughen up cam slightly with abrasive paper.  
    3 Carefully clean cam (top and side) with nitrocellulose thinner.  
    4 Remove protective foil from velvet strip and glue velvet strip centered on cam.
IMPORTANT Ensure that the entire PU surface is covered. Push extending edges of velvet strip over cam with spatula and press velvet strip down tightly.
 
  Cause 2:  Remedy 2:   
78 190 When moving: Too little oil in outer guide rail 1 Move panoramic sliding roof to tilt position.  
    2 Oil outer guide rail (2) with thin brush and special oil over entire length.  
    3 Completely open and close panoramic sliding roof.  
  Cause 3:  Remedy 3:   
78 190 When moving: Too little grease in system 1 Completely open panoramic sliding roof.  
    2 Grease slide rail (3) and rear gate (4) with brush and lubricant paste.
