	Remove/Install
1	Slide cover (2) to rear
2	Move tilting/sliding roof approx. 20 cm toward rear
3	Remove covering (1)	Model 203.0: Press covering (1) away at center with plastic wedge before removal Model 203.2: Press covering (1) away at center and side with plastic wedge before removal. Installation: Position covering from inside toward outside

4	Move tilting/sliding roof to tilt position
5	Remove rubber bellows (4) on both sides	Do not damage rubber bellows (4).
6	Close tilting/sliding roof
	Adjust
7	Loose bolts (5)
8	Insert cardboard strip (6) into sealing joint at rear	Cardboard strip (6) must be 500 mm long and approx. 2 mm thick
9	Adjust tilting/sliding roof panel (3) in relation to exterior roof surface	Gap dimensions	*BE77.20-P-1001-01A
		Height setting	*BE77.20-P-1002-01A
10	Fully tighten bolts (5)	First tighten the rear bolt (5) on one side and then tighten the front bolt. When tightening rear bolts (5) with screwdriver press lightly toward rear and downward (arrows).
		Bolt, tilting/sliding roof panel to tilting bracket mount	*BA77.20-P-1004-01A
11	Perform teach-in procedure for sliding roof obstruction sensor		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Diagnosis system STAR DIAGNOSIS	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
	Check
12	Check tilting/sliding roof for proper function and fit
13	Install in the reverse order
