Determine actual configuration in vehicle on model 170 

• In this case the components in the D2B ring (connected components) are:
  • Radio (A2)
  • CTEL interface (A34/4) (on vehicles with code 316 or 317)
• The information in the D2B ring travels only in one direction (arrows). The information enters the fiber optic cable modules M1 and M2 at the white insert (ws) and exits through the red insert (rt) at the next ring component.

  The D2B ring functions only as closed circuit.

• The CTEL interface (A34/4) with code 316, permanently installed telephone (A) and code 317 cellular telephone (B), are located in the trunk on a control module plate.
• In order to add components to the D2B ring, determine the actual configuration in the vehicle.
