Viscous Fan Clutch

Spin fan by hand several times and check for imbalance or grinding noises. On a cool engine fan should not bind or be locked up. If any of these symptoms exist, replace viscous fan clutch. See COOLING FAN & VISCOUS FAN CLUTCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
