Cooling Fan & Viscous Fan Clutch: Installation

  1. Install in reverse order, install fan onto viscous clutch. Tighten fan to viscous clutch. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Use a torque wrench with an open-end wrench bit (5). See Figure . Tighten union nut to viscous clutch. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
