54 584	Software error in left acquisition and actuation module (SAM).	Affected are only vehicles on which the left SAM control unit has been replaced, because the defective SAM's were only delivered as replacement parts.
	With the anti-theft alarm system (ATA) activated, the quiescent current of the vehicle is increased to approx. 150 mA.	1 Check quiescent current consumption.	AR54.10-P-1030I
	Affected control units: Only parts with part number A 020 545 17 32 with software status 12/00. Other part numbers are not affected.	Vehicle must be locked, before ATA is activated. Error can only be found with activated ATA.
		If the quiescent current consumption is increased to approx. 150 mA with ATA activated: ↓ 2 Disconnect ATA siren directly from left SAM (connector 4, PIN 3).
