Check caster at rear axle using electronic inclinometer - AR40.20-P-0335-03GH

  1. Mount the adapter plate (086c) for electronic inclinometer on supporting joint and fix in position with knurled screw (arrow).

    IMPORTANT

    If a repair supporting joint is installed in the wheel carrier, unscrew locking slotted nut using a claw-type wrench and mount the adapter plate (086c) for the electronic inclinometer on the supporting joint.

    NOTES

    The locking slotted nut must be replaced after it has been used once.

  2. Mount measuring sensor (086a) on adapter plate (086c) (inclinometer connecting cable (086) points in the direction of travel).
  3. Compare caster actual value with specified value.
