- Mount the adapter plate (086c) for electronic inclinometer on supporting joint and fix in position with knurled screw (arrow).
If a repair supporting joint is installed in the wheel carrier, unscrew locking slotted nut using a claw-type wrench and mount the adapter plate (086c) for the electronic inclinometer on the supporting joint.
The locking slotted nut must be replaced after it has been used once.
- Mount measuring sensor (086a) on adapter plate (086c) (inclinometer connecting cable (086) points in the direction of travel).
- Compare caster actual value with specified value.
