Rattling / Wind Noise From Lamella Roof

SERVICE INFORMATION

If you receive customer reports in the above model vehicles of a rattling / wind noise from the lamella roof due to any of the reasons indicated below, a newly available lamella kit with special silicone seals is now available to resolve these conditions. Install kit as described in WIS document AR77.20-P-1140GH.

Lamella seal may not be lying correctly against the body
Lamella seal is not adhering correctly
Overlap and gaps are not okay
Insufficient contact pressure at the last lamella
Seal has collapsed
