COMPLAINT
Cloudiness or fogged areas appear in areas that were covered by transportation foam, such as along exterior door panel edges. See attachments for examples of complaint.

CAUSE
Adhesives from the foam used in transportation may have transferred to the paint.
REMEDY
Heat the cloudy area with an IR heater to 80-90°C and observe whether the cloudiness changes as a result of the effect of heat. Generally, the spots should disappear after 30 minutes.
While the surface is warm, use cleaning agent A 005 989 19 71 to ensure the adhesive is removed.
