COMPLAINT
Resetting the trip computer has no effect on the indicated electrical range. The maximum electrical range is not displayed after the reset.

CAUSE
Data entry in powertrain control unit (PTCU).
REMEDY
Update the software of the powertrain control unit (PTCU) to the latest available release via Xentry Diagnostics.
