| 7 | The wheel speeds are detected and evaluated by the ASR or ESP control module (for Model 463: ABS control module). The ME-SFI control module receives a vehicle speed signal via the CAN data bus. After fault identification (e.g. by driving on test bench) the ME-SFI and ASR or ME-SFI and ESP diagnostic trouble code memories (for Model 463: ME-SFI and ABS diagnostic trouble code memories) are read out. |
