Cut out window with cutting blade Risk of injury from blade slipping off when clamping blade in multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out window - AR67.20-P-3550-01GH

Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.

1. Clamp blade 124 589 12 63 00 in multicutter, set depth stop to 23 mm.
2. Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
3. Cut window out from inside in area "A".
4. Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
5. Cut window out from inside in area "B".

6. Secure window at top and bottom with adhesive strips (arrows) to prevent it from dropping out.
7. Clamp blade 124 589 21 63 00 in multicutter.
8. Moisten whetstone and sharpen both sides of blade with machine switched on.
9. Cut out window from outside in area "C".
10. Cut out window in area "D" with cutting wire.
