	Installation of front fender flap
1	Install bracket (1) on other side of longitudinal member paneling	Replace existing plastic rivet with rivet supplied.
2	Install retaining clips at bottom edge offender liner (2)	Match up with existing holes.
3	Apply primer to points at which fender flap makes contact with fender.	Allow primer to air-dry for min. 3 minutes. Install fender flap within 1 hour	*BR00.45-Z-1034-02A
4	Fit on front fender flap (3) and insert bolts into retaining clips
5	Pull off adhesive strip on inside of fender flap
6	Press on fender flap into end position	Press in lug (4) on outer edge of fender flap completely between body and longitudinal member paneling. Ensure that the entire area makes contact with the fender. Hold pressing force uniformly for min. 3 minutes
7	Fit rubber laps at top inner edge of fender flaps around edge offender and install retaining clips (5)	Ensure that retaining clips are correctly seated and do not touch the fender. The straight side of the clips is inserted forward into the fender flap.
8	Install bolts (11) on the underside of the fender flap into bracket (1)
9	Remove excessive primer	Use commercially available acetone solvent
	Installation of rear fender flaps
10	Install retaining clips (6) at rear edge of bumper	Use existing notches in rear bumper in order to align retaining clips. Align the two top clips at the bottom edges of the notches and two bottom clips at the top edges of the notches. Vehicles are fitted with an additional clip which is attached at the top at the edge of the bumper.
11	Apply primer to points at which fender flap makes contact with fender.	Allow primer to air-dry for min. 3 minutes. Install fender flap within 1 hour	*BR00.45-Z-1034-02A
12	Pull off top end of adhesive strip on inside of fender flaps
13	Fit on rear fender flaps (7)
14	Fit on bolts (8) but do not tighten	On inner edge of bumper, not at bottom edge of bumper.
15	Pull off remaining adhesive tape on fender flap
16	Place on fender flap into end position and tighten bolt (8)	Ensure that the entire area makes contact with the fender. Hold pressing force uniformly for min. 3 minutes
17	Install bolt at bottom edge of bumper
18	Attach cable (9) at threaded bolt (10) on underside of body		*BA88.30-P-1004-01A
19	Remove excessive primer	Use commercially available acetone solvent
20	Repeat steps on opposite side
