Alarm triggering by outer skin contact, function - GF80.50-P-3015GH

MODEL 163 with CODE (551a) Anti-theft alarm system (ATA) 

When the anti-theft alarm system (ATA [EDW]) is activated, any actuation of the outer skin contacts will trigger the alarm. The outer skin contacts are:

• the left rear rotary tumbler microswitch (S87/2), right rear rotary tumbler microswitch (S87/3), right front door rotary tumbler microswitch (S87/6), and left front door rotary tumbler microswitch (S87/7) as well as the right front door CL microswitch (M14/5s1), left front door CL microswitch (M14/6s1), rear door CL microswitch (M14/7s1), left rear door CL microswitch (M14/8s1) and right rear door CL microswitch (M14/9s1) on the central locking motors.
• the ATA engine hood switch (S62) on the engine hood. Prerequisite for triggering an alarm is that the alarm input of the all activity module (AAM) (N10), to which the corresponding contact is connected, is set ready for alarm by activating the ATA In the case of an alarm, the AAM outputs an acoustic and optical alarm

Once triggered, an alarm cannot be interrupted by deactivating actuation of the contact. Also, for example, by closing a previously opened door.
