	Remove
1	Remove bumper grate (1)	Do not damage bumper grate and grate mounts. Pulling hook	Figure
2	Unscrew bolts in front bumper (2)	4 bolts: Front top and bottom. Dispose of bolts.
3	Unscrew inner bolts from bumper bracket (3)	2 bolts. Dispose of bolts.
	Convert
4	Modify bumper grate		AZ88.20-P-0001-01GH
	Install
5	Install underride guard (4) on styling bar (5)	4 nuts (6).
6	Press large covers (7) into nut holes for underride guard
7	Install cover (8) for tow hook
8	Install upper mounting bracket (9) on styling bar	Ensure that it is correctly aligned. Do not tighten
9	Install lower mounting bracket (10) on styling bar	Ensure that it is correctly aligned. Do not tighten
10.1	Install additional headlamps on styling bar	Only if present	AZ82.10-P-0001GH
10.2	Press small covers (11) into holes for additional headlamp bracket	Only when additional headlamps are not installed.
11	Install styling bar (5) with long bolts (12) on vehicle	6 long bolts (12) and washers. Do not tighten
12	Fit bumper and styling bar and tighten all bolts
13	Install bumper grate (1)
14.1	Clean front of styling bar	Only with middle protective strip (13), right protective strip (14) and left protective strip (15).
15.1	Fasten middle protective strip (13) on front of cover (8) for tow hook	Only with middle protective strip (13), right protective strip (14) and left protective strip (15). Remove protective foil from tape. Ensure that edges of molding are flush with edges of cover.
16.1	Fasten right protective strip (14) to front of styling bar (5)	Only with middle protective strip (13), right protective strip (14) and left protective strip (15). Remove protective foil from tape. Gap of 3 mm between middle and right protective strip
17.1	Fasten left protective strip (15) to front of styling bar (5)	Only with middle protective strip (13), right protective strip (14) and left protective strip (15). Remove protective foil from tape. Gap of 3 mm between middle and left protective strip
18.1	Replace PTS control unit (N62)	Only with Parktronic system (PTS), code 220.	AR54.65-P-0006GH
