Outer door foil

	Remove
1	Remove outer sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1700GH
2	Remove door margin seal (1)
3	Pull out front of window guide rail (2)	Do not damage guide rail.
4	Carefully and evenly heat outer door foil (3)	Do not damage paint.

5	Remove outer door foil (3)	Door foil cannot be reused.

	Install
6	Clean door sheet metal in area where outer door foil (3) is to be installed
7	Install new outer door foil (3)	Ensure proper positioning. Ensure foil does not cover hole for screw used to secure outer sealing rail.
8	Reinstall rear of window guide rail (2)	Verify proper/smooth operation of window.
9	Reinstall door margin seal (1)
10	Reinstall outer sealing rail		AR72.10-P-1700GH
