Paint sensors and contour rings - AZ54.65-P-0001-01A

Model 140, 163, 168, 170, 171, 202, 208, 210, 220 

On a bumper which is not painted, plastic gray or black, only paint the end face of the sensors.

1. For painting leave the sensors in their packaging and only paint the end face.

   Clean and degrease the end faces before painting.

2. Clip contour ring (1) onto the installation housing (2).

   Model 210.0/6 and model 208, paint the four contour rings with the part no. 0 263 009 067. Model 210.2, paint contour rings with part no 0 263 009 067 and two with part no.0 263 009 044. The part no. is embossed on the contour rings.

3. Tape the installation housing and only prime and paint contour ring.
