A new radial sealing ring and a new joint flange with protection ring were phased in as of 15.01.02.

This improves the sealing at the drive pinion against dirt from outside.

Version as of 01.04.98 up to 14.01.02 

If repair work means that one of the two components (new joint flange or new radial sealing ring) is replaced for the first time, then both must be replaced together.

Only then is correct sealing guaranteed.
