	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove front bumper	Model 215	AR88.20-P-2000M
		Model 230	AR88.20-P-2000R
2	Drain and collect engine oil	See ↓
		Engine oil change and filter change	AP18.00-P-0101R
3	Unscrew oil lines (2) and oil line (3) at oil cooler (1)	Collect exuded oil in a suitable vessel.

4	Unscrew bolts (4) for bracket (6) from crossmember (5)
5	Take off oil cooler (1) together with bracket (6) and oil line (3)
6	Unscrew bolts (9) of line bracket for oil line (3) from bracket (6)
7	Take off oil line (3) from bracket (6)
8	Pull oil cooler (1) out of bracket (6) on left and right	Installation:  Inspect rubber rings (8) for damage.
		Installation:  Apply a thin film of lubricant to rubber rings (8).	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
9.1	Remove air ducting (7)	Only if oil cooler is replaced.
10	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Run engine and inspect for leaks
12	Check engine oil level, replenish oil if necessary
