Retrofitting separation switch - AN54.10-P-0002-03I

TORQUE SPECIFICATION BATTERY

Number Designation Model 220
BA54.10-P-1003-01C Adapter on positive battery terminal Nm 20
  1. Install positive lead (13) on battery terminal (14).
  2. Screw on adapter (15).

    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Adapter on battery positive pole.

  3. Connect positive lead (13) to 1st battery (G1).

  4. Fasten separation switch (16) on mount for auxiliary parts (17) with M6 x 20 screws and M6 nuts.

  5. Install additional battery ground lead (18) and 1st battery ground lead (19) on separation switch (16) contact and screw on with nut.

  6. Connect ground lead (20) to battery ground point (W10).
  7. Position ground lead (20) on free contact of separation switch (16) and screw on with nut.
  8. Connect ground lead (19) for separation switch (16) to 1st battery.

  9. Install battery frame (1).
  10. Install mount for additional parts (17) with separation switch (16).

    IMPORTANT

    IMPORTANT M6 x 12 screws.
