1. Route headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) along the existing cables in the vehicle.

2. Route headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) through the fuse and relay box (F1/1) into the right footwell.
3. Route headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) out of the fuse and relay box (F1/1) through the existing grommet (see enlarged view on right).
4. Mount dark blue fuse holder on dark blue mounting location (40) and assign with fuse (10A).

5. Route branch-off line to right headlamp range adjuster (M37) along the existing cable to the right headlamp unit.

   Fix headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) to existing cable straps.

6. Route wiring harness (1) along the bulkhead on the left side of the vehicle and fix to existing cables.

7. Route branch-off line to left headlamp range adjuster (M36) along the existing cable to the left headlamp unit.

   Fix wiring harness (1) to existing cable straps.

8. Route headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) along existing cables to the center console and fix.
9. Connect brown cable to ground (right footwell) (W36/1).
10. Connect branch-off line of headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) to headlamp range adjustment control module (N71).
11. Route headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) behind center console into the left footwell.

12. Route headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) along existing cables to the CAN engine bus (low)/(high) connector sleeve (Z37/2, Z37/3) in the left cable duct and fix.
13. Connect green cable (gn) to the CAN engine bus (low) connector sleeve (Z37/2) using a solder connector.
14. Connect green/white cable (gn/ws) to the CAN engine bus (high) connector sleeve (Z37/3) using a solder connector.

15. Solder blue/white cable (bl/ws) from the headlamp range adjustment wiring harness (1) to the white/blue (ws/bl) cable from chamber 15 of the data link connector and insulate.
