Electronic Stability Program (Esp) Warning Light

CAUTION: If vehicle is towed with front axle raised, ignition must be turned off or ESP will engage and apply rear brakes.

ESP enhances directional control and reduces driving wheel spin. ESP counteracts oversteer or understeer by applying brake to appropriate wheel to create counterpointing vehicle movement. When ESP is in operation, ESP warning light will flash. As a bulb check, indicator light comes on when ignition is turned on, and goes out when engine is started.
