Removing, disassembling, assembling and installing radiator shell - AR88.40-P-4000E

MODEL 202

REMOVING Removal     
1 Open engine hood   AR88.40-P-1000E 
2 Unscrew screws (2) on inside of radiator shell (1) and simultaneously remove seal (3)    
3 Remove radiator shell toward front IMPORTANT Avoid damaging paint  
4 Put radiator shell down on suitable surface IMPORTANT Avoid damaging chrome on shell and trim strips  
DISASSEMBLING Disassembly     
5 Push off combination clips (8 + 9)    
6 Unscrew screw (5)    
7 Remove radiator grille (4) from chrome frame    
8 Pull out trim strips (6) on radiator grille (4)    
ASSEMBLING Assembly     
9 Install trim strips (6) on radiator grille (4)    
10 Install radiator grille (4) in chrome frame IMPORTANT Avoid damaging trim strips  
11 Screw in screw (5)    
12 Install combination clips (8 + 9)    
INSTALLING Installation     
13 Check insert (7) on chrome frame for damage and proper seat IMPORTANT Replace insert if damaged
IMPORTANT Insert is self-adhesive
 
14 Install radiator shell (1) from front IMPORTANT Avoid damaging paint  
15 Screw in screws (2) while installing seal (3) simultaneously IMPORTANT When installing the radiator shell ensure that the engine hood is positioned correctly  
16 Close engine hood   AR88.40-P-1000E
