Removing and installing poly-V-belt - AR13.22-P-1202HW

ENGINES 601, 602, 603 (except 602.982)

MODIFICATION NOTES

25.1.00 Numbering of the stages has been modified    
REMOVINGINSTALLING Removing, installing    
1.1 Unscrew fan shroud, remove magnetic fan Engine 601 ra20006010330x
1.2 Remove radiator Engine 602 in model 201 with single-section fan shroud AR20.20-P-3865HW
1.3 Remove fan shroud Engine 602 in model 201 with split-section fan shroud  
1.4 Slacken off fan shroud, place above fan Engines 602 and 603 in models 124, 126, 140, 202  
2 Remove viscous fan coupling Engine 601 in model 202 AR20.40-P-5660HA
    Engine 602 in models 124, 201
Engine 603 in models 124, 201		 AR20.40-P-5660HW
3 Slacken poly V-belt IMPORTANT Unscrew nut (378), remove screw (375) and take poly-V-belt off, fit in place and tension  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA13.25-P-1007-01A 
REFER TO SHOP-MADE TOOLS Lever for pressing spring tensioning lever of poly V-belt tensioning device Engines 602, 604, 605, 606 WF58.50-P-3902-01A
4 Take off poly V-belt NOTES Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt, replace if necessary.
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Fit poly-V-belt in numerical order of relevant running diagram, beginning at tensioning pulley ↓		  
    Poly V-belt running diagram AR13.22-P-3902-02HW 
    Poly V-belt dimensions *BE13.22-P-1001-01F 
5 Inspect poly V-belt, typical damage Refer to Maintenance Manual, Volume 3 Op. Pos. 1351 AP13.22-P-1351-01A 
6 Install in the reverse order
