Design: 

The lower control panel control module (N72)  essentially consists of the switches:

• Left front power window switch (N72s1)
• Right front power window switch (N72s2)
• Left rear power window switch (N72s3)
• Right rear power window switch (N72s4)
• Rear power window safety switch (N72s5  )
• Exterior mirror adjustment switch (N72s7)
• Left or right exterior mirror adjustment selector switch (N72s8)
• PTS switch (N72s13)
• Exterior mirror fold-in/out switch (N72s19)
• Central locking switch (N72s23)

The lower control panel control module (N72)  has priority over the rear control panel control module (N72/2)  when the power window functions are actuated.

The two control modules are linked by a separate 10-pin cable.

The switches integrated into the lower control panel control module (N72)  are equipped with switch illumination and function illumination.
