Removing and installing air cushions in multi-contour backrest - AR91.25-P-1740K

MODEL 208 with CODE (404a) Left multi-contour seat with CODE (405a) Right multi-contour seat

	Removal, installation
1	Remove front seat	Disconnect electrical leads and pneumatic lines below seat	AR91.10-P-1000K
2	Remove cover from front seat backrest	It is not necessary to remove the front seat backrest from the seat frame	AR91.18-P-1820K
3	Disconnect pneumatic line (1) for air cushion (4) from triple rubber connector
4	Remove clip (3) and unhook air cushion (4) at bottom
5	Remove multi-contour seat control valve		AR91.25-P-1710E
6	Unclip pneumatic lines (5) from holder	Red and green lines
7	Remove cover (6)	Installation:  Ensure that lines are routed correctly
8	Expose pneumatic lines (5) up to air cushion (7)	Installation:  Ensure that lines are routed correctly
9	Remove clip (8) and air cushion (7)
10	Reinstall in opposite order	Before installing pressurize air cushion (max. 200 mbar) and check for leakage
11	Check multi-contour seat for proper function
