Cutting out side window with cutting blade - AR67.30-P-4050-01K

Injury hazard when clamping blade into multi-cutter resulting from slipping and from splinters when cutting out glued windows. 

Clamp and unclamp blade only with air supply shut off. Wear protective gloves and goggles.

1. Clamp blade 124 589 12 63 00 into multi-cutter and adjust blade stop for cutting depth of 20 mm.
2. Moisten whet stone and sharpen both sides of blade with cutter switched on.
3. Cut out rear side window in area "A" from inside.
4. Clamp blade 124 589 21 63 00 into multi-cutter.

   Moisten whet stone and sharpen both sides of blade with cutter switched on.

5. Cut out rear side window in area "B" from inside.
