Test 15: Abs Lamp Malfunction

Disconnect Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) control module harness connector. See Figure . Using a jumper wire, ground terminal No. 29 at ABS control module harness connector. Start engine and let idle. If ABS indicator lamp does not illuminate, check wiring and bulb. If wiring and bulb are okay, replace electronic circuit board. If ABS indicator lamp illuminates, repair ABS system.
