Removing and installing seat occupied recognition sensor - AR91.60-P-0720D

MODEL 140 

with front passenger seat occupied recognition sensor

REMOVINGINSTALLING Removal, installation    
1 Remove front passenger seat   ra91001400110x
2 Unclip electrical connectors for seat cushion on seat connector strip IMPORTANT For this purpose it is necessary to unclip the rear plastic cover  
3 Loosen cable straps for affected wires    
4 Remove seat cushion   ra91001400114x
5 Remove cover on seat cushion   ra91001400180x
6 Loosen center section of foam rubber pad or heating cushion and lift up    
7 Remove front section of foam rubber pad or of heating cushion NOTES Do not completely separate foam rubber pad from rubberized fiber mat  
8 Pull electrical connector for front passenger seat occupied recognition sensor (B41/1) through opening in rubberized fiber mat    
9 Remove front passenger seat occupied recognition sensor (B41/1) from rubberized fiber mat IMPORTANTInstallation:  Lay front passenger seat occupied recognition sensor (B41) uniformly on rubberized fiber mat. The fabric side should point upward.
NOTES Do not kink occupied seat recognition sensor
 
10 Reinstall in opposite order
