Preliminary work:
Left engine compartment cover removed.
Left lamp unit removed (REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF HEADLAMP UNIT ).
Fuse carrier removed (Front fuse and relay box/fuse boxes ).
| Ambient temperature display sensor (B14) | unclip; tie back if renewing. |
| Connector (X24) in fuse and relay box (F1) | unplug, plug in. |
| Fuse in connector (X24) | Push back with a screwdriver (arrow); pull out green connection cable (chamber 9) and brown cable (chamber 10) of sensor cable (1) and insulate. Insert new connection wires with the identical coloring and push back fuse. |
| New sensor cable (2) | Lay in cable duct parallel to headlamp wiring harness and attach. |
