Removal and installation of the instrument cluster bulbs - ra54001406049x(6049)

Model 140 - A. Inner bulbs (up to 10/93), B. Outer bulbs (up to 08/95), C. Outer bulbs (as of 09/95) 

Preliminary work:

Instrument cluster removed (Removal and installation of the instrument cluster  ).

Operation no. of operation texts and work units or standard texts and flat rates:

1. Removing and installing inner bulbs (up to approx. 10.93)

   Screws (1)	unscrew, screw in.
   Electronic board (2)	swing open, close. Ensure that the covering in the cover for the electronic board (2) does not fall out at the fulcrum point.
   Bulbs	turn 90° to left and remove, to install turn 90° to right.

2. Removing and installing outer bulbs (up to 08/95)

   Bulbs

   turn 90° to left with special tool 129 589 00 09 00 and remove, install and turn 90° to right.

3. Removing and installing outer bulbs (as of 09/95)

   Bulbs

   turn 90° to left with special tool 129 589 00 09 00 or 129 589 01 09 00 and remove, install and turn 90° to right.
