Removing and installing telescoping nozzle for headlamp cleaning system - AR82.15-P-6100K

MODEL 208 with CODE (600a) Headlamp cleaning system

	Removal, installation
1	Open engine hood, move to upright position		AR88.40-P-1000F
2	Pull cover (10) toward front and unclip telescoping nozzle (9)	Avoid damaging paint on cover and bumper
3	Unscrew screw (11)
4	Disconnect washing water hose (13) with clamp		Fig 3
5	Pull off retaining clip (12) and remove washing water hose (13) from telescoping nozzle (9)
6	Remove mount (14) (2 screws)	Installation:  Ensure that centering hole is properly positioned (arrow)
7	Remove telescoping nozzle (9) from bumper toward front	Avoid damaging paint on bumper Installation:  The retaining lug (15) must be inserted into the headlamp housing
8	Reinstall in opposite order
9	Check for proper function
