	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by touching parts which conduct high voltages	Do not come into contact with parts that are under high voltage. Persons who have electronic implants (e.g. pacemakers) must not perform any work on the ignition system.	AS15.10-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of death  caused by high voltage levels present at xenon headlamps. Risk of explosion/fire hazard  through highly flammable material in the area of damaged xenon bulbs. Risk of injury  through UV light, hot components on xenon headlamps and glass splinters when xenon bulbs burst. Risk of poisoning  through inhalation of mercury vapor and swallowing of or skin contact with toxic salts and mercury compounds.	Do not come into contact with parts that are under high voltage. Persons with active electronic implants  (e.g. heart pacemakers) must never work on xenon headlamps. Switch off complete lighting system. Wear insulating safety shoes, safety glasses and protective gloves. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Ensure that the workplace is sufficiently ventilated.	AS82.10-Z-0001-01A
1	Disconnect battery ground cable	On model 210, insulate the cable terminal of the ground lead to prevent unintentional contact between the disconnected ground lead and ground point W10	AR54.10-P-0003A
2	Remove front bumper.		AR88.20-P-2000K
3	Remove bolts (1)
4	Unscrew nut (8)	Installation:  Align lamp unit such that the distances between the fender and closed engine hood are equal.
5.1	Unclip feed line for headlamp cleaning system under the lamp unit	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).
6	Carefully pull lamp unit (E1 or E2) forward
7	Detach electrical connections (2) from lamp unit (E1 or E2)
8.1	Detach vacuum line (3) of headlamp range adjustment	with pneumatic headlamp range adjustment
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Perform function check on lamp unit
11	Check and correct headlamp adjustment	with pneumatic headlamp range adjustment For xenon headlamp lamp unit (code 612b) Program zero position using HHT	AP82.10-P-8260A
12.1	Perform functional check of headlamp cleaning system	With headlamp cleaning system (code 600a).
