Removing, installing and disassembling rear shelf - AR68.30-P-4580E

REMOVING Removal    
1 Remove rear seat and rear backrest   AR91.12-P-1700E
2 Remove rear head restraints   AR91.16-P-1770E
3 Remove lining on C-pillar   AR68.30-P-4490E 
4 Remove screws (1, 3 each)    
5 Lift rear shelf (2) at front and remove    
DISASSEMBLING Disassembly     
6 Open cover (3) above first aid kit (4)    
7 Lift first aid kit (4) at front with long wedge and pull out SPECIAL TOOL
IMPORTANT First aid kit (4) can also be removed with rear shelf (2) installed.

8 Lift cover (5) above rear speaker at front with long wedge and remove toward front SPECIAL TOOL
IMPORTANT Cover (5) can also be removed with rear shelf (2) installed

ASSEMBLING Assembly     
9 Insert cover (5) with insert tabs in cutout in rear shelf (2) at rear and engage in front    
10 Insert first aid kit (4) into cutout in rear shelf (2) at rear and engage at front    
INSTALLING Installation     
11 Install sheet metal clip nuts (6, 3 each) on rear wall    
12 Position rear shelf Guide insert tabs (7) into rear wall at rear (arrows).  
13 Screw in screws (1, 3 each)    
14 Install lining on C-pillar   AR68.30-P-4490E 
15 Install rear head restraints   AR91.16-P-1770E
16 Install rear seat and rear backrest   AR91.12-P-1700E
