Attaching and adjusting control cables - AR46.15-P-0550-05B

Attaching and checking 

1. Attach control cable (93a)
2. Attach control cable (93b)
3. Connect control cable (93a) and control cable (93b) with the spring as shown.

4. Adjust control cable (93c) so that the steel ball (arrow) initially contacts the lever of the hydraulic cylinder without any tension. Then contact the control cable lightly by continuing to turn the knurled nut.
5. Check adjustment and function again after operating the release lever several times.

   

   The control cable (93c) must only have a slight preload.

   If necessary, adjust tension of the control cable with play adjusters.

Adjusting 

6. Press driver (92a) off thrust piece (92b).

   

   Ensure that both thrust pieces are not  misadjusted when pulling off.

7. Correct adjustment by turning driver (92a) towards thrust piece (92b).
